I have a neighbour, his name is Ian, he is retired but is still works. He is my personal driver and helps all of us in the building. He never told me his age, but I was guessing he was over 80 and still with a big desire to work and be active. Ian knows everything about me, he lives next door to me and obviously know all my guests, when they come, when they leave. He knows when I wake up, when I work from home and when I am flying to another country for business, or holiday. He remembers everything. I really like Ian because is the only English person who understands the deifference between “Albanian time and English time”. He knows that if I ask him to come and pick me up at 6, that means 6.30, or sometime 7. But he is so patient, and when he sees that I am always late and I have to run even faster, he tries to follow my rhythm. One day, in my normal run, as I rush in his car, he asks. Can I ask you a question? While trying to find a number on my phone and settle in the car, I answer – Yes Ian, of course you can. – Why you are always running? You are always with a high speed. You never stop? – Wow, how do I answer this? While I try to multitask with my phone that was ringing, and he waiting for an answer I scream “Ian…. Stop the car, stop the car…” He got scared, I can’t stop the car, I am sorry, we can’t stop here… Are you ok? I am sorry we cant stop in the middle of the road… Are you ok?”.
-Yes Ian, I am ok – don’t worry. I just wanted to give you the answer. This is the reason I can’t stop. I am in the middle of the road, I am not allowed to stop until I have reached my destination”. He looked at me, for a moment with a serious face, and then he started laughing… You are a wonder woman…. I know what you mean, yeaa, I know what you mean.
When Corona virus locked me home, I thought “Now may be the time to slow down”. Do you believe that has happened. I have realized that you don't need to drive, fly or get out in the street in order to run. This is an inside work which now inside the house has taken another shape of form. And to tell the truth, I am so excited I have found a way to not stop, otherwise you know what I think: If you are not moving, you are not growing, and If you are not growing you are not living, and as I keep running inside (corona has increased the speed) I wonder how life will look like when we get outside.

Yes, Mirela, very well said, we give the pace we want to our Life, no matter what's going on outside!
